I created this exercise back when David first invented the BOSU Ball and I had two of his early prototypes. I was competing in half-marathons at that time and this exercise was responsible for significant improvements in my minute-per-mile times. I would use "the Runner" as a warm-up prior to going out for my road work. Only about 3-5 minutes at a time - which is more work than you might think. The efficiency of my running stride increased and my times dropped. I love this exercise!
