Another great "Lift and Shift" exercise with the Ballast Ball.
I used to always laugh a bit when I'd see a class full of people lifting a stability ball and moving it around - not for warm-up, but for exercise! Maybe my standards are higher, but lifting the Ballast Ball is real work compared to an un-weighted ball (which I never did see much point in lifting for anything other than a gentle stretch or warm-up).
Play with the audible feedback you get doing this exercise. Because the ball is see-through, you can check what you're doing with visual feedback as well.
