Stroller Strides
A great fitness program for Moms who need to get back in shape with their baby in tow! Also, a great way to meet other Moms in the neighborhood and join in a weekly playgroup after class.

BOB Jogging Stroller
One of the best baby joggers around! There are many different styles to choose from depending on how hard-core you want to be! I like the Revolution because the front wheel can lock or unlock into place making it easy to stay on track when running or cut corners easily when walking.
Phil and Ted’s Jogging Stroller
This baby jogger is super cool because you can add an attachment to the single stroller that converts it into a double! Smart buy if you think you’ll be adding to your brood in the near future – eliminates the need to have millions of strollers!
“Deceptively Delicious”
Jessica Seinfeld’s clever answer to the constant dinnertime vegetable struggle! The secret? Adding vegetable purees to everything you make! This cookbook offers great adaptations to recipes kids love like Mac & Cheese, Chicken Fingers, Pancakes, Brownies and more. If you need quick and easy and your kids “don’t like veggies”, this book is for you!

"Eat, Pray, Love”
One of the best books I’ve read in a long time. Elizabeth Gilbert chronicles the spiritual and emotional journey she took through Italy, India and Indonesia in order to help heal from her divorce. Her insights are amazing and inspirational and serve as some true “chicken soup” for the soul.
"Live in the Balance: The Ground-Breaking East-West Nutrition Program"
I love this book because of how it integrates eastern philosophy into a western nutrition program. If you think you aren’t feeling your best physically, it may have a lot to do with your diet. This book will help you identify what specific imbalances you may have and offer suggestions that nutritionally may help you bring yourself back into balance. I’ve used it myself and have experienced great results. I also find learning the eastern philosophy to be interesting.
