If you play baseball or football, or any sport where you might have to run at top speed and look back over your shoulder, then this is an exercise you must do. Running at high speed is a balancing act. If you have to slow down or you can't continue running in a straight line when you turn your head to look back over your shoulder, this exercise will help you tremendously. Most athletes need work in this department, as it is a rare skill to be able to maintain speed and balance while looking over your shoulder.
Such a simple exercise pays off so much in the athletic arena.
