We had a lot of fun putting this video together.  There are shots from all over - including China and the Great Wall.  In China, I would have crowds of kids watching me play with the Bola Trainer. 

One of the things I love about the Quick Hands Bola Trainer is it is so portable.  You can bring it with you anywhere.  

Remember the movie "Rocky"?  In the original movie, Stallone's character is constantly bouncing a ball off the ground to sharpen his hand speed/accuracy.  One of things I like about the Bola Trainer is I can walk down the street bouncing or snapping it, and I never lose it and my hands don't get filthy from catching a ball that has hit the ground a thousand times.  

Also i can make the ball move so much faster than an un-tethered ball.  I'm proud to say I've caught the Bola Trainer moving at speeds in excess of 110 MPH - yes the 110 MPH.  I know because the speed gun we used to take the measurement topped out at 110, and I had several snaps above the register.
