The Superman (or "woman") depending upon who you are, is an incredible exercise for developing strength and coordination in your posterior musculature. Use your hands at first to change the length of your body's levers to engage in the "see-saw" motion. As you become more familiar with this movement, you can begin to use less and less arm action to initiate the "see-saw" motion. I like to bring my nose or my chin as close to the ground as possible without touching the floor and then tilt so that my feet just barely touch the floor at the other end. Maintain a good solid plank (lift your heels high in the air with your legs straight - using your lower back, glutes and hamstrings) throughout the entire movement. Definately a favorite exercise of mine!
