Do you BOSU®?

The answer is Yes!  You do BOSU® - whether you’ve ever exercised with a BOSU® Balance Trainer or not.

Now let me explain…

BOSU® stands for "Both Sides Up" or "Both Sides Utilized" depending upon whether you are talking about the BOSU® Balance Trainer (the “Both Sides Up” product) or BOSU® (the “Both Sides Utilized” approach to exercise).

BOSU® - “Both Sides Utilized” - is how the human body is designed to move and function most efficiently.  Alternating Bilateral Coordination of both sides of the body is the common thread in Crawling, Walking, and Running (fundamental to humanity).  The hips, legs & feet work opposite the shoulders, arms & hands in a balanced "equal and opposite" relationship.

You engage fundamental “BOSU - Both Sides Utilized” movements with every step you take.  This is good for your body and your brain.  One of the reasons it is so refreshing and meditative to simply go for a walk – something many people do far too little of these days - is the rhythmic harmony it promotes in your entire body.

The basics of BOSU® Balance Training are dictated by the structure and function of the human body.  Two principle objectives of BOSU® Balance Training are: 1. Balance Left & Right Sides (control of center through Symmetrical Rotation) & 2. Timing efficient Down/Up movement (harnessing the Load to Explode exchange with the entire body)

Improving these two fundamental capabilities fortifies the foundation for enhanced performance in all movement, sports, and life.  This harmony and balance you create in your body and your brain is called the "BOSU® Effect”.  Training the BOSU® Effect makes everything else better.

The best time to begin building your Both Sides Utilized skills is now.  And there is no better way to begin balancing the body for movement than learning to Roll Ropes™.  Rolling Ropes™ is the “Rosetta Stone” of all exercise.  It is the fastest path to building an athletic base.   You probably don't know BOSU®, as well as you can and should know BOSU®, without knowing the Ropes.
