I love holding a bridge position on the BOSU Ball because of the extra strength and balance challenge it requires!  I feel my glutes and hamstrings working double-time and my whole trunk/core gets involved too.

Adding the Med-Ball toss increases the balance challenge and adds in a little work for the arms/chest too.  Love this exercise!
