If you want to get your heart-rate up, add a minute or two of the high powered BOSU Over-the-Dome in between exercise sets!  Start out slowly until you are confident moving up and over the dome and then gradually, add some power to the movement by pressing more forcefully into the dome, propelling yourself a little higher up and over!

 

You can also intensify the movement by moving up and over the dome while keeping your body low, like in a low squat.  The move is less explosive but will require a lot of muscular effort!
