I love doing push-ups with my feet (or knees) on the BOSU dome.  Adding the leg "pulse" offers a little extra challenge for the core.  What's most important in this push-up position is to make sure you are bracing the abdominals and keeping a slight pike or bend in the hips to keep them from dropping or sagging toward the floor.
