Let’s face it… we could all use a little help improving our diet! Eating well today is hard to do but we simply must make it a priority for ourselves and for our families.
Luckily, David and I both love to eat healthy (with the occasional indulgence, of course!) and both of us also like to cook. I believe that preparing your own food is the best way to control your weight and ensure that you are properly nourishing your body.
I have spent a lot of time looking for and testing out recipes that I like and that I believe to be healthy, nutritious, and relatively easy to make … and I would like to share them with you! I am not a vegetarian but I choose not to eat a lot of meat so you will find an abundance of vegetarian-like dishes with some meat-based ones sprinkled here and there.
I am always open to learning and trying new recipes too so please feel free to send me one of your favorites! If I really like it, it may show up as a featured recipe!
