Or you're just looking to have "Hours of Fun"
I'm not going to kid you, the Quick Hands Bola™ Trainer is NOT an easy tool to master. Truth is it can be quite humbling! Sure there are lots of simple exercises and drills you can perform, and many physical therapists use it this way with their patients to help with balance and coordination. But if you're looking to really hone your reflexes and reactions - and make your eye-hand coordination FREAKY SHARP, I don't know of a better tool... but it ain't easy!
You have to be up to the challenge, and you need the desire. I created the Quick Hands Bola™ Trainer so I could train BOTH my hands to be fast, sharp, and accurate. I've clocked ball speeds faster than 110 MPH (the speed gun we used only registered up to 110 MPH) coming back at me from about seven feet away. I can assure you that EVERYTHING ELSE seems slower when you can catch a ball traveling at 110 MPH from this distance (with either hand). Now you don't have to get this extreme, but my point is this is acheivable.
When I showed the Quick Hands Bola™ Trainer to a group from the US Ski Team (BOSU is an Official Supplier to the US Ski Team and I always have fun visiting them), they couldn't put it down. "This thing is HOURS OF FUN!" was the quote I loved best.
I've spent many hours "playing" with the Bola Trainer. And to do the kind of things I can do with it takes time. But now my hands are faster and more accurate than I ever imagined they could be. Moving objects (baseballs, tennis balls, speeding bullets - just kidding) don't seem so fast even when they ARE moving fast.
The heighted mental focus I get from this kind of training has come in handy for more than just my physical endeavors. I remember prepping for a very important business meeting where I had to be totally on my game and the Bola Trainer was invaluable. I spent 15 minutes in my hotel room zinging the Bola Trainer back and forth prior to the meeting and came to it totally focused and in the zone. That meeting went very well, by the way.
Bottom line is playing/training with the Quick Hands Bola™ Trainer is fun and the benefits are numerous. If you think you might have fun with it, and/or you really want the sharpness and focus that comes from doing it, the Quick Hands Bola™ Trainer will probably be one of the best investments you ever make.
Yours in health,
P.S. The Quick Hands Bola™ Trainer comes with an in-depth training DVD that will show you plenty of ways to use it (many of them aren't so extreme in case you're wondering). It could be the best 30 bucks you ever spend, so what are you waiting for?...
