Before I began training with the BOSU Balance Trainer, I had no idea what standing meditation was all about.  The BOSU Balance Trainer opened my awareness to the subtilties of weight distribution, postural adjustments, and directing my body's energy flow.  Now standing meditation is one of my favorite exercises.  In this video, I show you some of the techniques I use training with the BOSU Balance Trainer to heighten awareness and increase sensitivity and control within my body.  I hope you can discover the pleasure and benefits of standing meditation too.
