We offer four shipping options:

1) USPS Media Mail - Only for DVDs that are not bundled with other items
2) USPS Parcel Post
3) UPS Ground
4) FedEx Ground

We want to keep costs as low as possible for you, the customer, so we've simplified the amount of options and went with some of the lowest-cost choices with the best carriers. Since most products will ship UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, please allow (at a minimum) 10 business days for shipping (not including weekends and holidays), even if your order confirmation E-mail states less time. Note: We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier at any time for any reason without notification. Even though we are located in San Diego, sometimes the products come straight from our manufacturers all over the country, so if you order multiple items you may receive multiple boxes/shipments. Please be patient with your order, but feel free to contact us with questions. We've never lost a product during delivery! However, if you need something overnight or quicker than what "ground" can offer, please call us at (619) 222-2604 for a special delivery. Note regarding shipping time: Orders received on Fridays after 4pm PST, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following Monday (or Tuesday after a Monday Holiday).
