BOSU® Pro Ballast® Ball is constructed of high-quality, burst-resistant material, it has a six-sided design for proper alignment and positioning. With the BOSU® Pro Ballast® Ball, individuals can perform exercise progressions and dynamic drills that aren't possible on a regular stability ball, because the ball stays put! The Ballast Ball is more convenient, safer, and far more useful than its un-weighted predecessor.

The product is translucent light blue with white multi-dimensional material, and includes a foot pump and workout DVD. Product can be inflated between 55cm and 65 cm.

HOW THE BOSU® PRO BALLAST® BALL WAS CREATED
David Weck created the BOSU® Pro Ballast® Ball several years before he actually launched this product. He’s always exploring when he exercises, and adding a Dynamic Stabilizing Load inside the ball makes the ball, which is already one of the most wonderful training tools ever created, EVEN BETTER!

He’s used the Ballast Ball in therapeutic applications and with high performance athletes. Personal trainers and group exercise instructors absolutely love the Ballast Ball.
