David Weck's Rolling Ropes is the new "IT"! I have not been so completely captivated by a form of "exercise" in 15 years. It will become part of my and others lives!
I experienced an internal / external, totally in the moment, way of moving within the body. Explosive, exciting, empowering, energizing, brilliant!
I give a standing ovation to David Weck and Petra Kolber! ENCORE PLEASE!

David,
As a CEO of a large restaurant chain, my workout time is
limited so I'm always seeking tools and techniques to maximize the
results from my daily 60 minute workout. For the past 4 years jumping
rope has been part of my routine 2 to 3 times per week, though I had
clearly reached a point of diminishing returns and had come to view my
jump rope training as work. Your "Introduction to Rolling Ropes DVD has
opened a whole new world for me. At first I struggled with the four
basic movement patterns, particularly the Sneak, often tangling myself
up in laughable ways. Now, after 4 weeks of rolling ropes 5 to 6 days a
week, I can't wait to grab the rope and experiment. You've brought fun
and creativity back to my rope training and I've collected a variety of
ropes from the beaded jump rope to a 5/8" marine rope. Most days I roll ropes for 5 to 10 minutes at the beginning and end of my training. I feel my balance has improved, explosiveness enhanced and training effectiveness getting better by the day. The possibilities for continued improvement seem truly limitless. Maybe most important of all, I'm having fun with the ropes!
In terms of performance, my tennis game getting better as I can unleash
more relaxed power in my ground strokes while my volleys have become
more precise. In short, the Rolling Ropes program has been a tremendous
addition to my fitness regimen and performance. It is outstanding
foundational training for any athletic endeavor.
Best Regards,
Tom Davin

Hi, we spoke about 2 weeks ago, when I was deciding on what ropes to order. I am a personal trainer at a big gym here in New Jersey. I love, love, love the Rolling Ropes™. The timing was perfect for me. My shoulders were really bothering me from lifting too much, so by using the Rolling Ropes™ I really feel like I am working my shoulders without compromising my shoulder joint. This morning I mastered my last move, alternating Sneak with a jump, and I have started to introduce the Rolling Ropes™ to my clients. On average it takes them about 10 minutes and they are getting the Sideways Roll. They love the way it feels and how it makes them feel about their ability to "get it". So glad I ordered all three Rolling Ropes™, they are perfect. Thanks for your help and I look forward to really incorporating the ropes into my program designs. The BOSU® Balance Trainer is already a staple in my repertoire, now I have some new tools for my shed!

I just wanted to drop a line and let you know how happy I have been with Rolling Ropes. I remember thinking “I will never get this.” In 2 weeks I was rolling extremely well. Your method for teaching the techniques gave me a very thorough grasp. I certainly started to understand my body (strengths and weaknesses) like never before. It was surprising how much just rolling the rope taught me.
I wanted to share another experience. I can remember hitting a heavy bag before Rolling Ropes and feeling awkward and weak. I am 6’3” and 225-lbs and well put together (college football All-Conference and NFL candidate) and never was much at hitting bags. You said, “The best exercise is the one you will do.” Well, I was never fond of punching bags because it pointed out a weakness (of the disconnection from my rotational force into the bag). After studying Rolling Ropes for about 8 months I remember teaching at an athletic performance camp. There was a Muay-Thai instructor and he asked me to step up to punch a heavy bag. I was so surprised when the bag just about bent in half when I hit it! I can only attribute the increase in power to Rolling Ropes. I finally got the power of spiral dynamics in my body! The instructor asked me to come train with his professional fighters in L.A. I was stunned. I never trained as a boxer or practiced hitting a bag. EVER! Rolling ropes took me from not being able to move a heavy bag to folding it in half (with no other training) in a matter of months.
I am convinced that this is a tool that I will have in my training quiver for a long time to come. It informs all athletic tools like no other I have come across. Through studying some of the most dynamic movements my body could make, I feel as if I can do all things more adeptly. Whether that be surfing, punching a bag, kicking a football, or even catching myself from slipping off a stair, I believe that rolling ropes helps to keep me centered, protected, powerful!

Hey David!
Just wanted to let you know I'm getting pretty good with the "Rolling Ropes"! I'm so excited about that and having a blast with it! The videos helped so much! I've showed a few of my clients and they seem to pick it up pretty easily.
I'm just working on the "behind sneak"....I keep hitting my head with the rope! :( But I'm lovin' it! (I don't know what's worse, getting hit with the rope or one of my sticks!)
Anyways, keep me in the loop of things with the "Ropes", if there's anything I can help you with please just let me know.
Best to Jen and kiddies!

Hi,
I'm hooked on Rolling Ropes! This is the only thing I know that I can't put down until I'm exhausted. But I always want to practice. I bought all kinds of jump rope dvd series and stopped because it became a chore. I have different workout crap that are sitting around that I use every year or so. But like you said, the best exercise is the one you'll actually do. Rolling ropes make me feel like a martial artist mastering his weapon. Sideways and Sneak are my "Black Belt" goals.
You're a genius!
I can't thank you enough for being so innovative. I always wanted to jump forward and backwards in one rotation but never knew how until you demonstrated what you can do with the Sideways Roll. I also NEEDED to find something that could be done indoors, and all year round that my neighbor could not hear.
You really have me looking at ropes, thick and thin, in a whole different light.
I'll keep Rolling!

Okay, I have a problem. I got your 1⁄2 white rope yesterday, rolled with it then realized I’m worse off than before. Before receiving the rope I was addicted with my “will do for now” rope. But after receiving this rope I began overdosing.
Just practicing is a workout. Once I start getting different moves, the chase really began. Next thing I know hours passed by and I had to look myself in the mirror and admit that I’m an addict. The smile is the hardest thing to hold back.
This really is an excellent quality rope, which is a testament to your research. The hand rolled handles feel great, better than actual handles. My creativity is flying through the roof. Just an excellent idea for a workout.
I’m proud to be a Rolling Rope addict. I will seek more to share my addiction.

The BOSU® Balance Trainer has been a wonderful asset to our educational program. Children with PDD/Autism crave sensory input and the BOSU® Balance Trainer provides them with proprioceptive input into their legs and trunk. Because the BOSU® Trainer is small and lightweight it is very versatile. Many of the teachers incorporate it into their classroom routine several times a day. The BOSU® Balance Trainer would also be a great tool for parents who want a different jumping activity for their children at home.

Researchers in the Department of Exercise & Nutritional Sciences at San Diego State University conducted a pilot study to determine the efficacy of the BOSU® Balance Trainer for improving muscular strength and balance in adults of various ages. Field measurements of static and dynamic balance, as well as abdominal strength, showed improvements ranging up to 31% after just a four-week program. A randomized, and larger controlled study is now underway to provide even more clinically meaningful information regarding the potential benefit of the BOSU® Balance Trainer for strengthening the core musculature and improving balance.

I've had my BOSU® Balance Trainer now about a week -- I LOVE IT!! What a great tool to enhance performance! I work primarily with high level golfers and athletes and cannot begin to tell you the drastic changes we have seen in one or two visits! I have been a Sports Physical Therapist for several years, and have not come across a more functional and fun tool! I am also using the BOSU® Balance Trainer with a pitcher from the Atlanta Braves Organization who is recovering from back surgery and we have progressed to very high level activities including using the BOSU® Balance Trainer and Body Blade together -- what a challenge! Another of my patients is recovering from her second Achilles rupture/repair and is using the BOSU® Balance Trainer to promote her balance -- she loves it too!

My son was introduced to the BOSU® Balance Trainer at about 7 months old as part of his play routine. As his motor skills improved with time, he'd crawl and sit on the BOSU® Balance Trainer independently and bounce on it. Now, at 19 months old, he can stand on the BOSU® Balance Trainer and run in place! He has so much fun with it. I firmly believe that his balance is advanced for his age because of the BOSU® Balance Trainer. Without a doubt, I would recommend the BOSU® Balance Trainer be an integral part of a child's play time - of course with an adult's supervision. Perhaps motor milestone charts will be revised to include BOSU® Balance Training as a motor skill.

Considering this amazing versatility, I quickly added it to our elite fitness program at The Greenhouse. Now the guests and staff can enjoy the hottest new craze in fitness! Conditioning the entire body and improving your overall fitness level, you experience a fresh and exciting workout. The BOSU® Balance Trainer is the most dynamic piece of equipment since the step. I incorporate Swiss Ball training extensively into our off-season programs. The BOSU® Balance Trainer was a great addition to our core program. It was very user friendly and the players enjoyed the challenge that the BOSU® Balance Trainer added. For quite some time, we have been trying to find a way to do some of the complicated Swiss Ball movements safely - well, your device has accomplished this and then some. I look forward to continuing experimenting with the BOSU® Balance Trainer to keep on improving our core strength. I would highly recommend the BOSU® Balance Trainer to anyone, especially for those already using Swiss Ball training.

I have been training with the BOSU® Balance Trainer for approximately 6 months and have noticed remarkable results in terms of skeletal muscle strengthening, balance enhancement, and coordination. As a physician as well as fitness enthusiast, I have found the BOSU® Balance Trainer to be an integral part of my conditioning program. Based on my own experience, I routinely recommend the BOSU® Balance Trainer to my patients for orthopedic rehabilitation as well as a general exercise tool. I am also a recreational skier for the last 18 years and have performed better on the slopes this year than ever before. I attribute this largely to the BOSU® Balance Trainer, and thus I can see why the U.S. Ski Team has endorsed it. This is truly a breakthrough device.

The BOSU® Balance Trainer has been my favorite discovery in the world of workout devices. It has incredible versatility. It's easy to learn but difficult to master. The BOSU® Balance Trainer is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment I use in my Elementary School Physical Education Program. In addition to using the BOSU® Balance Trainer in my balancing unit, I also included it as a station in tumbling, gymnastics, cooperative activities, juggling and physical fitness units. All kindergartners through fifth graders love to use the BOSU® Balance Trainer as they work on their balance, coordination, agility, depth perception, proprioception reactions, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance. I highly recommend that all Elementary School Physical Education educators incorporate the use of the BOSU® Balance Trainer into their curriculum to help their students become skillful movers.
Dr. William D. Harrison, Performance Fundamentals Inc.

As a sports performance specialist for 30 years, I believe the BOSU® Balance Trainer will become a required "necessity" for every team, motivated athlete, etc. to use in their training. Because of the important role of "body equilibrium" in all human performance, I've always recognized it was the limiting skill for most athletes that prevented them from reaching great heights. Well, that won't be the case any more. More than ever before, the sky is the limit. Furthermore, the BOSU® Balance Trainer has an exceptional future as a key product used in all child development programs and I believe it should be in every home.
