Rolling Ropes™ Workout

Steve Froehlich performs all FOUR basic rolling patterns that make up the Rolling Ropes™ program. He's rolling on top of a concrete picnic table in De Anza Cove in North Mission Bay.

Here you'll see the Overhand, Underhand, Sideways and Sneak rolls. As you can see, there are different variations on each basic pattern, which are covered in Detail in the "Intro to Rolling Ropes™" DVD available in our BOSU® Store.

Master these basic patterns and you can become fluid with the rope and learn to move your body like never before. And not to mention you can get a great workout without having to jump the rope and put all that wear-and-tear on your body.
