Playground Workout with Rolling Ropes™
The workout is done on a playground near Mission Bay by Steve Froehlich. You'll see a condensed version of the workout, which consists of Rolling Ropes™ patterns for 1-minute, 5 Muscle-Ups and 10 Vertical Jumps, alternating legs each jump (BOSU® principle!). Do this 3x times through and you'll have yourself a nice 20-minute intense workout.
