Rolling Ropes™ Workout

Mike Cummings, co-inventor of the Hyper Squat™, learns Rolling Ropes™ for the first time in a workout with David Weck. The workout consists of 3 sets of 1 minute per exercise. Here you'll see the Monster Roll, a Sideways Roll, the Baseball Swing and dumbbell squats on the Hyper Squat.

The workout is in a condensed format at Cardifffit Gym in Cardiff by the Sea, CA.

Products used include 150 lb dumbbells with the Hyper Squat™, the Medium 4" Monster Rolling Rope™, the Long 4" Monster Rolling Rope, the Red 7/16" Rolling Rope™, the White 1/2" Rolling Rope™, a Beaded BOSU® Rolling Rope™ and a Modified 3" Monster Rolling Rope™.
